Parker Hannifin, the global leader in motion and control technologies, has introduced the new VA130 valve, part of the company’s groundbreaking VA series. With this launch, Parker expands its valve portfolio with a solution that combines industry-leading performance, high energy efficiency, and exceptional controllability for mobile hydraulics.
Modular design for maximum flexibility
The VA130 has been developed with a modular design that makes it adaptable to both simple and complex hydraulic systems. It can be combined with other valves in the series, VA300 and VA450, enabling machine manufacturers to create compact and optimized valve solutions for varying flow requirements.
With function-tailored spools, pressure compensators, and LS pressure relief valves, the VA130 significantly reduces energy losses while boosting productivity – a result of Parker’s deep expertise in load-sensing technology.
Multiple control options
The VA130 offers several actuation methods: hydraulic or electrohydraulic, with manual lever operation available in any combination. The valve can also be integrated with Parker’s customized function manifolds, simplifying system design, reducing the number of components, and improving overall reliability.
Designed for demanding environments
Built to withstand the toughest conditions in forestry, construction, material handling, and mining, the valve features:
-
Load-independent, pre-compensated flow control for precise machine operation
-
LS pressure limitation and active tank filling
-
Emission-reducing technologies
-
Integrated measurement points and spool position sensors (analog/digital) for simplified performance monitoring
Parker’s digital configurator further streamlines development by providing instant access to reports, schematics, spare parts lists, and 2D/3D models for valve solutions.
Wide range of applications
The VA130 is suitable for a broad range of applications, including forwarders, forestry machines, cranes, harvesting heads, drilling rigs, excavators, loaders, dump trucks, forklifts, and material handling cranes.
