New high-flow hydraulic couplings from OilQuick

New high-flow hydraulic couplings for quick couplers and tiltrotators

OilQuick has developed a new generation of high-flow hydraulic couplings (HF couplings) that set a new standard for performance and efficiency in the construction industry. These couplings are designed to maximize flow in hydraulic systems and offer significantly higher capacity compared to both previous models and many competing alternatives on the market.

Improved flow and broad compatibility

The new HF couplings are available in sizes ¼, ⅜, ½, ¾ and 1 inch, making them adaptable for different types of machines and applications. They will be available for order during the fourth quarter of this year.

All new OilQuick products will automatically be equipped with these couplings as soon as they become available. For existing users, the couplings will also be offered as spare parts, making it easy to upgrade existing systems.

An important advantage is that the new generation of HF couplings is fully backward compatible with older models, ensuring a smooth transition without the need for extensive modifications.

Benefits of higher hydraulic flow

Increased hydraulic flow provides several practical advantages in daily operations:

Better performance
Higher flow improves the capacity of hydraulic tools, enabling faster and more efficient work.

Smoother operation
The new couplings provide more precise and responsive movements, increasing control and making operations more fluid.

Lower fuel costs
Optimized oil flow helps reduce fuel consumption, saving money and lowering environmental impact.

Handle larger tools
The improved flow makes it easier to operate larger and more demanding tools such as hammers, shears, and crushers.

Longer tool lifespan
A more even and efficient flow reduces wear on equipment, extending lifespan and minimizing downtime.

Summary

With the new high-flow hydraulic couplings, OilQuick takes a clear step forward in hydraulic performance. The combination of increased flow, backward compatibility, and improved efficiency makes these couplings a valuable addition for anyone working with quick couplers and tiltrotators.
