New pressure booster for compact high-pressure hydraulics

Following increased demand from the market, a new pressure booster adapted for smaller high-pressure systems is now being launched. The new model, MP-2100-CT from Danish Scanwill Fluid Power, has been developed to meet the need for flexible and compact solutions within hydraulics.

The new unit builds on the company’s established MP-2100 series but introduces an NG6 connection that improves compatibility with standardized system solutions. This makes it particularly relevant for both upgrades of existing systems and integration into new designs.

Adapted for high pressures in compact systems

The MP-2100-CT is an in-line pressure booster designed for applications where high pressures are required in confined spaces. The unit can deliver final pressures of up to 3,200 bar, making it suitable for demanding industrial processes.

The reciprocating function ensures that flow is continuously maintained even during pressure build-up, contributing to stable operation and efficient energy use.

Focus on flexibility and performance

The new model offers several different intensification ratios, making it possible to tailor the solution to specific application requirements. Integrated high-pressure valves contribute to optimized performance and reduced need for external components.

In addition, various top plates are available to facilitate connection to high-pressure systems, providing further flexibility during installation.

Increasing demand for efficient high-pressure solutions

The launch reflects a broader trend in the hydraulics industry where compact, energy-efficient, and modular solutions are becoming increasingly important. Particularly in areas such as test equipment, industrial production, and specialized machinery, the demand for high pressure in smaller systems is growing.

The new pressure booster thus positions itself as an option for manufacturers and system integrators looking to combine high performance with compact design.
