Hydnet show the new ACE Controls Powerwise

Advanced and Robust Solution for the Electrification of Hatches and Doors – Controlled with a Single Press of a Button

It combines strength, precision, and safety in a compact form, making it highly suitable for heavy vehicles, machinery, and industrial environments where reliability and control are essential. It surpasses simpler actuators through its intelligent feedback and system integration. Settings can easily be adjusted to match the application’s specific requirements, ensuring performance according to your demands and specifications.

Lift at the Touch of a Button

With the POWERISE® series from ACE Controls, you get a powerful, ergonomic, and flexible motion control solution – all operated by a single button. POWERISE® can also be combined with a gas spring to handle high loads without compromising speed. This makes it ideal for applications such as tailgates, engine hoods, doors, and access panels. The gas springs also hold the application securely in the open position once the motion is complete.

Lightweight Design and High Efficiency

These products are designed to be lightweight and compact, making them easy to integrate even in confined spaces. They provide fast, energy-efficient, automatic, and precise motion – improving both performance and user convenience.

Combine with a Push-Type Gas Spring

Depending on the application and requirements, you can choose between two setups: a standalone POWERISE® unit or POWERISE® combined with a push-type gas spring. The combination of POWERISE® and ACE NEWTONLINE gas springs delivers extra force and enables higher motion speeds. All gas springs are also available in stainless steel for demanding environments.

Quiet and Reliable Operation

POWERISE® solutions are engineered for extremely quiet operation, making them ideal for noise-sensitive environments. Their modular design also allows for easy customization and seamless integration into existing systems.
