Hydroren Filter System – Monitoring and alarm for cleaner oil

Keeping oils free from water and particles is crucial for the operational reliability of hydraulic and lubrication systems. Contamination can cause wear, downtime and increased maintenance costs. Hydroren develops filtration systems that both purify and dehydrate oil – and the systems are now also available with digital monitoring and alarm functions.

With Hydroren’s Clean Oil Monitoring Service solution, filtration systems can be equipped with sensors and control systems that measure key parameters in real time. Operators can therefore monitor the condition of the oil and receive alerts if deviations occur. The information can also be made available through connected systems, providing better control over operation and maintenance.

Hydroren’s filtration systems are modular and can be used both stationary and mobile. The solutions are designed to continuously remove particles and eliminate water from the oil, contributing to longer service life for both the oil and system components.

Hydroren’s product range includes several solutions for cleaner and more controlled systems. Clean Oil is developed for continuous oil purification and condition monitoring. Clean Tank is a tank solution that reduces the risk of contamination and facilitates efficient filtration. For applications where a more controlled and closed system is desired, Clean Sealed Tank is also available.

By combining filtration, dehydration and digital monitoring, Hydroren’s filtration systems can contribute to more condition-based maintenance, higher operational reliability and better control of oil quality in industrial systems.
