New controller – HCM2030 from Exertus Oy

PMC presents the new HCM2030, a compact yet powerful programmable controller from its partner Exertus Oy. The latest generation, Hybrid Controller Module size 20, version 3.0, comes equipped with several important enhancements.

Key new features include:

  • 24 PWM outputs with current feedback, 3 A

  • Improved accelerometer functionality in the x, y, and z directions

  • Gyro functionality for the Z axis with ±250°/sec angular rate sensing

  • Four additional digital inputs

  • Certified for PLd/SIL2 functional safety

  • Rugged IP67 design with up to 64 configurable I/Os, 3 CAN-FD interfaces for CANOpen and SAE J1939, and a real-time clock for time stamping or timer control

By combining its hydraulic expertise with Exertus’ innovation in electronics, PMC delivers integrated mechatronic solutions that make machines smarter, safer, and easier to control.
